Blue Ridge is located in the North Georgia mountains and is becoming a very popular destination for people all over the south eastern United States. Why? -- Because, the scenery in North Georgia is great, the weather is nice, and the things to do would surprise the common visitor!

Blue Ridge, Georgia, has many full featured restaurants in all flavors in the city. More restaurants exist in the outskirts. Blue Ridge's government commerce department has a full listing of all the great places to grab a bite to eat from in the county!

Entertainment is also key to the Blue Ridge North Georgia area success. The Georgia Mountains has Smoky Mountain Activities, antique shopping, Ocoee Whitewater Rafting, Horse Back Riding, parks, boating, hunting, trout fishing, river tubing, golf, canoeing, mountain biking and hiking are just some of the happenings in the area. Our cabins are close to the Ocoee River, Lake Blue Ridge, and of course the North Georgia Mountains!

Blue Ridge is 90 minutes from Chattanooga, Tennessee where you can take a short trip to visit Ruby Falls. The Alpine Village of Helen, Georgia is also about 90 minutes away and nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains on the Chattahoochee River. Read here about the History of Blue Ridge, GA.

Directions

From Atlanta, Georgia:
Take I-75 north exiting right on to I-575. Continue north as I-575 becomes GA-5/GA-515/US-76. Continue north through Ellijay. Half a mile after passing the "Fannin County" sign.

From Chattanooga, Tennessee:
Take I-75 north to Exit 20 (Cleveland) the bypass ramp, then take Route 40 toward Ocoee, Parksville, and Route 64/74. You'll see the Olympic whitewater venue on the right as the road follows the Ocoee River. At Ducktown, turn right on to Hwy 68 toward Copperhill.

From Charlotte, North Carolina:
Merge onto I-277 S/US-74 W .Merge onto I-85 S via the ramp on the LEFT toward GASTONIA. Take the GA-17 exit- EXIT 173- toward LAVONIA/TOCCOA. Turn LEFT onto GA-17/JONES ST. Continue to follow GA-17.Turn LEFT onto GA-17 N. Turn LEFT onto US-441 BR/GA-105. Turn LEFT onto GA-105/CANNON BRIDGE RD SW. Turn LEFT onto GA-115. Turn RIGHT onto US-129 N/GA-11 N/GA-75 N. Continue to follow US-129 N. Turn RIGHT onto US-129/US-19/GA-11. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto W 1ST ST/US-76 BR/GA-5 BR. Continue to follow US-76 BR/GA-5 BR. Turn RIGHT onto US-76 BR/GA-5 BR/E 1ST ST.

From Birmingham, Alabama:
Take Interstate 20 into Georgia to 1-285N. Take 1-285N to 1-75N Take I-75 north exiting right on to I-575. Continue north as I-575 becomes GA-5/GA-515/US-76. Continue north through Ellijay. Half a mile after passing the "Fannin County" sign.
