Cabin Rental Rates Nightly Rate : $170.00 Weekly Rate: $1020.00 Weekly Rates are for 6 nights and 7 days. Rental rates are for 4 people there is an additional $10.00 per person for more occupants also a 10% lodging tax and a cleaning fee. Peak Seasons and Holidays are subject to change Papa Bear Peak has a 2 night minimum 4 night minimum for 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas 2 night minimum for Valentines October and all other Holidays have a 3 night minimum Pet Friendly Cabin with a $25.00 additional charge At time of reservation a 250.00 down payment will be required to hold the cabin. You will then receive a confirmation email within one business day of reservation
GEORGIA MOUNTAIN CABIN RENTALS HAS A STRICT POLICY: NO SMOKING IN OUR CABINS. NO PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 25 WILL BE ALLOWED TO MAKE A RESERVATION (ID WILL BE CHECKED AT TIME OF CHECK-IN) ANY VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AND ANY FURTHER DAMAGE OR CLEANING EXPENSES WILL BE BILLED TO THE RENTERS CREDIT CARD, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
