We are a family owned and operated business with three generations of family owned real estate and construction business behind us.
Paul and Nikki Gribble are natives of the Blue Ridge Mountains of north Georgia and western North Carolina. Our ancestors settled in these mountains in the early 1800’s and we know the ins and outs associated with living in and enjoying the beautiful mountains. We will use the generations of experiences that have been passed on to us to provide you with outstanding service and hospitality. We are a couple with real goals and proudly stand on our foundation made up of God, family, friends and a true love of the North Georgia Mountains.

Our business policy is to treat every person we meet with the same respect and hospitality we would expect from them at our Blue Ridge Mountain Cabin Rental properties. We know that customer service is the key to a successful business and will strive every time to achieve your satisfaction. We will guarantee that if you allow us to provide you with property management we will treat you as we do our family and friends. One of our biggest disappointments is to encounter someone who does not know the true meaning of customer service. Our commitment to you, as the property owner, will be to treat each and every person with the same respect that we look for when we are the customer.

Our Blue Ridge Mountain Cabin Rental program includes:

• Making all reservations .
• Distribution of all monthly rentals. This includes your balance sheet along with a check, to be ready by the 15 of each month.
• We provide a cleaning crew. The cabin will be cleaned from top to bottom every time a rental party leaves. This includes draining, cleaning and filling the hot tub.
• We provide all the advertising, Along with our website we will offer newspaper ads, magazine ads, and links ot some very prominent sites from the area.
• We offer to our homeowners the Open Door Policy. We are available for you any time.
